Usually if you are working in a mainstream classroom you’re given an art budget which is typically between 5 and 8 euro per child. So in a class of 28 children you will have approximately 150 – 200 euro or more to spend on art supplies for the year.
Art is one of the subjects I find most difficult to plan for and teach.These lessons are easy to teach, make great displays and cover different strands/strand units.
We are nearly finished our ‘Crazy Hair Art’ which we’ve been working on since we came back from the Easter Holidays. This was a fun, creative project which the children really enjoyed and which turned out very well. This is a quick blog post on the lesson.
