I’m writing this post as I’m currently having issues with my USB stick which has everything I need on it – of course I haven’t done a recent back up so ahhhhhhh!!
Top tips for storing files and documents
- Dropbox is amazing as you can easily save all your documents and access them on any computer with an internet connection. (Just save things regularly.) Last year I only used dropbox. I wrote my lesson plans or made powerpoints/ notebook files and saved them onto my home laptop. I could then access everything on my school laptop.
- Google drive is also very similar to Dropbox.
- If you are using a USB drive then back up everything regularly!!! (There are often good deals on amazon, ebay or pixmania)
- If your school has a network – then share your notebooks and files on this. You can work together to make life easier – this is fantastic if there is more than 1 of the same class group.
