And just like that it was June… I can’t believe how quickly this year has gone. This is just a quick blogpost about a nice end of term activity that I do throughout the year but particularly when there is only 3/4 weeks left.
Ask the children to write a list of all the things they enjoyed doing this year. This can be anything from maths stations to science experiments, rounders on the green to a mini beast hunt. This should take about 10-15 minutes then ask the children to share their lists with the class and type/write a class list on the board.
This is a great activity to do because you can use the things the children really enjoyed to make the last few weeks fun and memorable for them but also to inform your teaching (especially if you will have the same age group) for next year!
