Top 5: Pages on Facebook

I follow hundreds of teachers and other educational pages on Facebook. Here is a quick post with some of my favourites!

First up is Red Ted Art – I love all the great craft and art activities that this page offers. If you are ever stuck for an idea; this page provides tons of inspiration!

Stimulating Learning with Rachel is another fantastic page. Rachel is an Early Years teacher in the UK and provides tons of ideas for hands on activities for young children. I love her ideas!

ELSA Support is such a brilliant resource for teachers/SNA’s working with children to support their emotional well being. I find this page an invaluable resource both as a mainstream and resource teacher. There are tons of ideas for SPHE lessons and helping children to express how they are feeling and cope with challenging situations or problems.

The OT Toolbox page provides lots of advice and ideas for supporting children in their development. The page is run by an occupational therapist and there are so many fantastic ideas for supporting different fine motor and gross motor skills.

Science Sparks is another one of my favourite pages. There are hundreds of experiments and activities shared on the page and website for free! It’s a great place to get ideas for science lessons!
